Meet The Team
Qilin has experience in both administrative and operational management across various facilities, including visitor experience centres and education centres. He has several years of customer service experience, along with leadership and team management skills, during which he has effectively guided and supported teams to achieve operational excellence. Qilin is adept at delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. He finds it rewarding to share his knowledge and insights with others, as demonstrated during his early years as a guide at Marina Barrage.
Having recently embarked on a new journey in the charity and community service industry, he hopes to leverage his previous experiences, including his interpersonal and operational skills, to grow with ACES Care Limited and give back to society.
Loh Wee Hiang
Director
Loh Wee Hiang is a veteran in the local printing industry. His last employment was General Manager, Times Printers Pte Ltd. Wee Hiang had been active in Community services since 2000 with more than 20 years experience in grassroots activities with Teck Ghee Constituency. He is currently a member of NNI Medifund Committee.
For his contributions to Community works, he received the National Day Award, Pingkat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 2008 and Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (BBM) in 2020.
Khoo Yee Teck
Operation Manager
Yi De is a seasoned problem-solver with a unique blend of technical expertise and empathetic leadership. A decade of experiences in Ship building industries, designing and overseeing the construction of some of the region's largest vessels, honed his ability to tackle complex, multi-constraint challenges.
As a family business sales representative, Yi De learned invaluable lessons from the silver generation, inspiring him to prioritize strong family bonds and community engagement.
With this rich experience, Yi De envisions a transformative island-wide HelpLife service that will empower individuals and families in need.
