Loh Wee Hiang
Director
Loh Wee Hiang is a veteran in the local printing industry. His last employment was General Manager, Times Printers Pte Ltd. Wee Hiang had been active in Community services since 2000 with more than 20 years experience in grassroots activities with Teck Ghee Constituency. He is currently a member of NNI Medifund Committee.
For his contributions to Community works, he received the National Day Award, Pingkat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 2008 and Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (BBM) in 2020.
Noelene De Foe
Manager
Noelene De Foe worked as a Conveyancer in a law firm for 48 years before she retired in April 2021. She is an active grassroots leader in Teck Ghee Division since 1986 and Central Singapore Community Development Council for the past 12 years. Noelene also serves in Tan Tock Seng Hospital Medifund Board and is a registered solemnizer.
For her contributions to community service, she was awarded the Pingkat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 1993, Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (BBM) in 2004, and Bintang Bakti Masyarakat (Lintang) {BBM(L)} in 2014.


Dr S Vasoo
Founding Member and Chairman
Vasoo is a well-known Singapore MP, grassroot and social services leader! He was the Member Parliament from 1984 to 2001 and he also served as Chairman of Government Parliamentary Committee for Community Development. He now volunteers as advisor to various committees of community organizations including the Singapore Central Community Development Council, Teck Ghee Grassroots Organization. Vasoo is a legendary social worker and as Head of NUS Social Work Dept and had authored a number of monographs on social issues and has published various such articles both internationally and locally, and started the Ee Peng Liang Memorial Fund to help both local and overseas students in their pursuit of social work education. He was awarded the Honorary Life Member of the Singapore Association of Social Workers for his outstanding contributions to social work in Singapore.

Dr Tan Bee Wan
Vice Chairman
Bee Wan is a social worker, social entrepreneur, lecturer and consultant. Bee Wan believes strongly in leadership development to keep work at the centre of focus and the fire alive in our belly to keep going.
She is the Executive Chairman of Integrative Learning Corporation (ILC) Singapore, an international 30-year consulting & management development group.
Before leading Integrative, she was the Executive Director of the Singapore Council of Social Service and Community Chest of Singapore and the CEO of Tsao Foundation.


Stanley Tan
Vice Chairman
Stanley is a committed humanitarian. With more than three decades of real estate investment experience in Singapore, New Zealand and Australia, his portfolio comprises townships, commercial, retail, industrial and residential developments.
He currently chairs the South Central Community Family Service Centre, is Co-Chairman of the Asia Philanthropy Circle and a member of the Honorary Advisors of the Asia New Zealand Foundation. Stanley was previously Vice-Chairman of Singapore Red Cross Society, member of the Charity Council, Chairman of Beyond Social Services, and Chairman of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre. He also cofounded The Hope Fund, MILK (Mainly I Love Kids) Fund, Community Foundation of Singapore and the Centre for Non-Profit Leadership.
Marcos Valdes
Volunteer Lead, Resources and Development
Marcos has four years of sector-related project management in client servicing, marketing and operations in management consultancy across non-profit, public and private sectors. Since 2018, he has been instrumental in directing marketing efforts to promote the company's training and consultancy services for the social sector in Integrative Learning Corporation (ILC) and its social enterprise, ACE Seniors. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors of Aces Care Ltd as Volunteer Lead, Resources and Development.
Marcos is passionate about fundraising for the Social Sector, he has been organising public programs and conferences specifically catering to professionals in the social sector. He partners with practitioners and subject matter experts to design these specially curated programs based on ILC's intervention framework for sustainability - Financial Governance, Financial Sustainability, Organisations Sustainability and Future Proof for Sustainability. More than 1,000 social sector professionals have been trained in this series since 2019.
Marcos has managed projects for clients like Land Transport Authority, Applied Materials SEA, HSBC and NUS and in the social sector for South Central Community South Central, AWWA, SUN-DAC, Canossaville Children and Community Services, The Migrant Fund, Muhammadiyah Association and Peacehaven Nursing Home among others.


Dr Isabel Sim
Member
Dr. Isabel Sim is very established trainer and author of charity governance and financial accounting practices. She is very passionate and committed to help charities to be financially sustainable through good stewardship of funds. She was formerly Senior Research Fellow, Department of Social Work, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, National University of Singapore as well as Director (Projects), Centre for Social Development (Asia). She served as Head of Corporate Governance Practice, Centre for Governance, Institutions and Organisations (CGIO) and Senior Lecturer, Department of Strategy and Policy, NUS Business School from 2012 to 2014. She obtained her PhD in finance from The University of Western Australia in 2011.
She is the editor of the series Accounting and Finance Handbooks for Charities including Budgeting and Cash flow management, Fund Accounting for Charities, Full Cost Recovery for Charities and Cost Effective Audit for Charities. She is also the lead author for Accounting for Good – Helping Charities Do Good Better, a project in collaboration with NUS and ISCA.
Besides extensive experience in applied research in the charity sector, Isabel has more than 15 years of experience in teaching working adults. She has taught accounting, corporate governance, finance, and economics subjects in MBA, EMBA, and other professional programmes.
Tan Bee Choo
Member
Bee Choo is a veteran funder of social services through distribution of funds from Singapore Turf Club. Using her astute sense of governance and kind heart, she helped charities in their application of funding while growing the Turf Club's membership to support the increasing needs of charities. Bee Choo's a strong supporter of helping people to cope with autism – from education to employment and aging.


Susan Ng
Member
Susan is a well-known voice that you hear every weekend on CNA938 – weekend life with Susan – and also lifts announcements that you have arrived! She is also very committed to helping vulnerable people by using her gift of the gab to help fundraise and advocate their causes. She is our advocate for seniors aging with pride and dignity.

Ming is a visionary and firm believer that all kids must pass their PSLE and excels in English to widen their horizon in learning to achieve in life. She left her career in business development, to focus on teaching children and youths English, while she looks after her aged active mother
of 84!
